In line with the Ara Mina resto fiasco, how can you seek correction and apology from a newspaper publisher if they published an article that's obviously unresearched and based only on heresay?
Also, if you can prove that the pictures they used for that article is not their own and they didn't have permission to use those pics as well?
This also assumes that you've contacted them and they have no reply.

AFAIK, FG Mike Arroyo already cleared the restaurant and Ara Mina from any liability, since GMA didn't touch the food there. Any newspaper that reported anything to the contrary should acknowledge the error.

The text they posted were downright insulting to the owners.

1) It wasn't even our promotional event. It was Stoplight TV's and they just wanted to use our venue.
2) It wasn't even our contractors (the models), we don't even know their names and if the author was there, I'd be surprised if he/she could snap a pic or video that I've (or Vince) even approached them directly during the whole event. I was too busy playing with my son and talking to forum friends and Vince was busy working at the shop since may pending work pa kami dun ng mga ipapasok sa show na oto.
Libel ba tawag dito?

Car-loving males have found another excuse to have their fancy four-wheeled babies washed more regularly. At the Big Bert’s Car Wash in Ortigas Home Depot, cars are not the only ones being taken care of. Owners, too, are treated to a different kind of entertainment.
Instead of malnourished and greasy men, ***y gals in skimpy shorts and navel-exposing tops are shampooing and waxing fancy cars. Owners, on the other hand, can only feast their eyes on these girls from a distance as they’re not allowed to touch.
We don’t know sponge bath is offered after the shop has closed, though. You just have to go there to find out. We have a strong feeling that the owner must have watched too many American movies in his younger years. —GLibarios
