I was apprehended by the MMDA way back 1998 for a simple traffic violation (turning left on a no left turn; Banawe going to Quezon Avenue). I was young and stupid then that I did'nt bother to redeem my license. My dad gave me money pero pinang gimik ko lang.

Kahit wala ako license I was still driving my car, lalo na nung napasok ako sa government.

2004 when I decided to move to the private sector.

2006 My wife pushed me to redeem my license to the MMDA, because there are times where my father-in-law lets me drive his car, especially on trips to Laguna.

I was able to redeem my license, then I proceeded to LTO East Avenue to have it renewed. However, the LTO lady told me that I have to re-aaply for a new license since my license was "paso" for more than 7 years na.

So went through all the process again on that same day.

By 5 pm, I already have a new driver's license. Pero maintained yung original driver's license number ko.
