July 10th, 2007 12:32 PM #5Parehas lang ba ng management yan sa Avida sa Sucat? If they're under the same management then I guess I could say that the maintenance is good. The guards are very strict. THey really memorize the plates of your cars, pag punta ka dun iba dala mo car and di naka reg sa kanila hindi ka tlg papapasukin unless they call the owner.. in my case my mum hehe

And the place is always clean.
