    At 12mn last night, I was on Youtube. Nagbrownout ng 5 min at nang pumunta ako sa Youtube, nablocked na! Pati pala **** ay blocked na. Hw to unblock Y.

    is that a public wifi? baka yung establishment mismo nag Block ng **** at youtube dahil bumabagal internet nila.
