I would definitely get the new M5 if I have the dough.
The 3 is OK (this is my 3rd bimmer) and it is a good daily driver. We test drove a 5-series but my wife gave me a thumbs down, she said its too big - I really liked it but I really need something that's good on gas.
And yes, I've actually been daydreaming about the new cayman but its not gonna happen because its a 2-seater. Would be a good 4th car but I dont think it would be practical car to drive 3 times a week. Im actually eyeing the SLK. I'll wait and see about that.
