    This Philips LED Vision 7443 replacement bulb seems to fit the bill! Found a local seller. Will post pics pag nainstall ko na.

    Same problem on my Mazda 3 2009. Melted Tail ligh (left side)t. I replaced it with with whole set of LED tail assembly (both sides).
    Sakit yata ng Mazda ito.

    low quality plastic is the culprit

    I agree. Also the distance between the bulb and light housing is too close.
