1993 Toyota MR2 Turbo: 200hp/200lb-ft
2006 SRT4: 230hp/250lb-ft torque
2006 Mitsu Evo: 286hp/289lb-ft
2006 Subaru Impreza WRX: 230hp/235lb-ft
Maybe Mazda is being conservative about its figures.
Oh. I've seen a stock MazdaSpeed Protege hit sub-7 seconds 0-60mph repeatedly (at the strip). Of course, that was also on a cold, High pressure (clear skies) November. Turbos love that kind of weather, very frisky and just wanting to rev and go. They're also more "lethargic" during the hot summer months.Last edited by Jun aka Pekto; February 15th, 2006 at 02:50 PM.

March 1st, 2006 12:14 AM #67labas na sa Geneva show 2006. ang official hp rating ay 250hp! wow, that's just 26hp shy of the AWD Mazda Speed6. mukhang di na talaga papatalo ang Mazda kahit sa Honda Civic Type R for Europe.
