Sir Big Mac, I think the CX-9 4x2 you're referring to is still the pre-KODO one. As far as I know, wala pang 4x2 na KODO design.

Comparing the pre-KODO 4x2 vs totl 4x4:
18" vs 20" mags
Halogen Projector vs HID headlights
Manual vs power seats
body colored vs chrome door handle
black piano vs wood grain accents
none vs sunroof
none vs heated seats
none vs auto-dipping mirror
none vs electro-dimming back mirror
fabric vs leather seats

The new KODO 4x4 only changed the front bumper, and the tail lights, as far as I remember. Everything else remains similar to pre-KODO.

Aside from the above, the KODO CX-9 AWD gets:

Lane Departure Warning
Forward Obstruction Warning
High Beam Control
10-Speaker Bose Audio (2012 had only 6 speakers)

I understand they have 3 prices:
Pre-kodo 4x2 AT - P2.099M
Pre-kodo 4x4 AT - P2.399M
Kodo 4x4 AT - P2.4++M

Attractive discounts are offered for the pre-kodo (outgoing) model. Best to ask quote from several dealers to get the best possible deal.
