    Thanks sirs.

Initial feedback: love the handling, braking and suspension. I'm still getting used to the acceleration as the Skyactiv Technology doesn't give you the torque you want when you floor it. Hehe. Shift to manual if you want that extra push when you want race it a little. For normal city driving, like all Mazdas, it's so fun to drive!

Love the high end feel of the interior! And of course the new car smell gives you that "close to rugby" high! (not that I have done Rugby before).

More feedback later. I'm taking her for a spin the whole day today.

9am: Drove to Hillsborough Detailers in Eastwood to have the CX-5 treated with paint sealant. Texted owner Steve that I will be arriving at 9am. He said it will take 3 hours.

I think I'm getting the hang of the acceleration. Maybe because I was more relaxed this time. Last night I was very cautious because I had super dark tint on the side windows and medium dark on the windshield. This is the same setup as my CRV but for course it was my first real drive and it was night time so I was extra careful.

Mileage? Don't ask me about that yet as I'm not concerned about saving gas yet. I'm still trying to learn every inch of the car and so far I'm loving it! (no choice, nabili na eh)

Sound system is nice! Better of course compared to my trusty CRV. Adjusted the treble to full and the bass to second to the last bar. I have Carley Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" on repeat (favorite ng daughter ko) and on high volume, it sounded really good!

Tried charging my iPhone on the USB port on the center console and it worked perfectly. No need for car adapter.

Seats are very comfortable. I just had to find the right adjustments for me. It took a while but I got it after a lot of trial and error. I don't recommend putting on leather seat covers as the fabric design is way too cool to be covered and it also has side airbags. The leather seat cover may affect its deployment (can anyone confirm?)

I'll update you later if the paint sealant will show visible improvement on a new car. It's something you don't have to do, but if you are like me who wants to try it out just for that extra piece of mind, then I say go for it. Steve and Hillsborough Detailers are very accommodating. Google them.

Hillsborough is the only detailer that i let touch my car, it's also the non-official detailers of SCP/subarusociety/FRF/trakhos. I just had their paint sealant done to my explorer on saturday and it looked so much better than when it came it from casa. Talagang kaka iba ang kintab.

OT: Where in Eastwood is their shop? Their website only points to Jupiter Street. How much is the service?

Regarding the rear legroom of CX5, is it spacious like CRV or is it the same as Tucson or Xtrail?

As soon as you enter eastwood it will be in the parking lot on your left side. Their website is out dated, their shop at jupiter closed a long time ago. They moved to magallanes and eastwood.

Not sure di ko na abutan ang alba restaurant. Basta yung open parking lot infront of citibank or hsbc office ba yon? Price medyo nag bago yung iba but not to much. Car wash w/ vacuum for a midsize car is 200, regular wax is 500, hd wax 1,200. Hd wax is truly the best and worth every peso, dati sa elberts ako nag papa carwash but now hillsborough maintains my cars.

Sir sa Mazda Greenhills nyo kinuha unit nyo di ba? Meron sila dun aftermarket horn PIAA sports horn, yung malakas na pot-pot ang busina. Had mine replaced my Mazda 3 stock horn there so no issues on warranty.
