Got the lane departure warning system to work today while travelling sa SLEX. The CX-5 gives a slight vibration warning while turning down music volume when slowly changing lanes. But if you activate the turn signal while changing lanes, there's none.

Densker, please update the thread if dealer is able to activate auto lock feature via software only

All cars namin 845 gamit ko. We very rarely park under the sun though. Usually covered parking pag nasa office or mall.

Watermarks will form basta natuyo sa araw ang tubig ulan. The only remedy is covered parking. Konti lang naman difference sa presyo

That's a nice FC figure! I'm always in traffic jams with average speed of 16 kph only. Currently doing 16 liters / 100kms based on t trip computer and still within my first tank.

But seems like the CX-5 2.5 AWD is doing better than my previous Altis 2.0L

Densker, yes, please keep us updated if it's possible to update our software para gumana auto lock

c_cube, maybe nalukot lang yung car mat during shipping and you just need to flatten it a bit?

Guys, was browsing the latest C! magazine and it's interesting to know that they rated CX-5 AWD the highest in their top-spec CUV comparison...over the RAV4 4x4, Forester XT (2nd place), CRV 4x4, and Sportage.

Another win by CX5 aside from the wins it achieved from US CUV comparos with almost the same lineup

CX-5 users, in terms of overall performance, fuel efficiency, safety and value for money, would you have purchased another brand?

Very happy with our CX5, the only reason we'd sell it is to upgrade to the 2.5 AWD version or maybe a Mazda 6.

I like to have tech on my cars and was only considering the Subaru Forester XT at first. But it didn't have parking sensors despite the much higher price and while I like the extra speed, it was not my priority as I already have another car for that purpose.

While with more mainstream brands, the local top spec CRV was quite bare and local 4x4 RAV4 was both relatively bare and overpriced so this made the CX-5 AWD an easier decision for me.

The CX-5 is not a perfect car as a dedicated door lock switch and a push button entry on door handle (despite having push button start) were not available. But the other extra features plus 3-year free maintenance program made it up for me.
