Btw, are there already some obvious signs and/or indication why the engine support and tensioner need to be replaced? 3 years seem too early to have these parts replaced unless your car is a daily beater. What's the odometer of your cx5?

Unless there's an obvious problem like a noise or wear/tear, the belt tensioner is normally replaced after 50T km or more (even around 100T km is fine). Same goes with the engine support. Consulting another casa is a good idea imho, perhaps at your next pms.

32k? Unless you've been gravely thrashing your car, it's low & early to be worrying about those items.
