Congrats! This was what I wanted when I got my CX-5 a year ago. Anyway, love it still.

Thanks Sir. Tread the Cavitex this morning and it was a fun drive. Once you stepped on the pedal, it gave what you want! Zoom Zoom! My passenger at the back said it has the sound daw of Fast and Furious. :-)

Kaya AWD na sir Cyferion! I'm actually surprised na nagbibigay pa ang Mazda ng discount sa already sulit na AWD.

Sir Cyferion - Average Mileage after 250Km is around 19.5L / 100km or roughly 5.1Km/L. However, doing the traditional computation after filling up was 5.97 Km/L. When i got the car, average was 35.0 L /100km. I guess by the time i get into 500km this goes down to what we should expect it to be in the reviews.

I did notice though that putting the A/C to economy gave a better mileage. - 3L / 100km kaagad.

You can reset the average reading if you want. Just press and hold the INFO button on the steering wheel.

The average FC can get really high if the engine idles a lot even in neutral or park.

Thanks again Sir Den. Went to reset the average FC and drove 100% city today (sunday) which is considered light traffic. Average speed was 60 kph and I was getting 13.5 L / 100km average FC. I got 4 passengers, with A/C on auto climate control at 22 degrees with full AC mode. I'm still in break-in mode and only consumed about 40 kms distance. Will continue to provide feedback. The best thing i noticed though is that the CX5 is a looker. Dagdag 100% pogi points sa driver.

Ano yung driving conditions dito? Pure city? Mixed? Stop and go traffic? Average speed? Etc....

Knowing these conditions will help us better understand the fuel economy of the 5

Sir it's 60% city - 40% Highway. Average speed on highway was 100 Kph. However i was able to push it so far given the short distance of Cavitex (only the new extension) to 140 kph. City was 50 -60 kph with intermittent stop and go traffic on EDSA.

Hmmm i dont think so. As far as i remember, PMS parts, labor and lubricants lang. Batteries fall under "wear and tear" items.
