    Baka naman po 2 rows na lang tapos may mga linya pang sarado gawa ng butas. Sila hanson merong radiators sa shop nila sa Banawe. Mas maganda po dun sa actual shop ang sukatan para malaman kung sakto at minimal ang mounts na babaguhin.

    nagpalit na rin ako ng radiator b22 pero 2 rows pa rin ang pinalit ko, ue-toyo ang brand, local made, marupok na kasi yung dati - madalas mag crack, mabuhat nung nagpalit ako always normal lang ang temp ko - mababa nga masyado compared dun sa una, napansin ko lang na mas malalaki yung butas kaysa sa oem... cost around 4k+ noon, parts sa autorama ako bumibili.... yung radiator binili ko sa ue-toyo mismo sa may recto

    I own a B2200 engine pero salpak sya sa jeep (CJ7). I use 5 rows na radiators all nickel kaya di kinakalawang. Ganda ng temp ko kahit sa traffic at full blast ang aircon walang sabit. Isa pang improvement na maidadagdag to boost engine performance is to chance ur stock air intake assembly. I change mine with a fiber glass tubing and a NISSAN air filter (similar to K&N). Grabe ang batak ng jeep ko ngayon parang hindi 2.2 hehehehe

    there is a good chance na meron din sira ang water pump mo if you're travelling at hight speed and the temperature is still going up. But then again try mo muna ipacheck or overhaul ang radiator mo baka barado lang ang mga butas nito dahil sa kalawang. This would cost around P150-250 lang naman.

    atongk::: Sir, you could try sending PM to hanson and ask details. Di ko po kasi makita dito yung details ng contact number sa shop nya. I thing I know is tapat sila ng Children's Hospital in Banawe. :D

    OT: San po ba kayo naka destino? Heard from the news white na raw. Marines din ang naka-deploy sa PSG, madalas ko po makita sa Malacanang grounds.

    new problem , i recently changed the radiator from the two row (stock) radiator to a three rowed one, mabilis kasing uminit dati, pero parang lalong mas mabilis uminit ngayon, ano na naman kaya ang problem dito. . . hayyyy

    pa check mo engine mo you might have a busted cylinder head gasket.

    tama si ser ungas.......... check muna thermostat ganyan aken dati pag hway umiinit saka trapik. binuksan ko thermostat may crak na pala. may sumpong na para bumukas sya. inalis ko na lang nde na ko bumili. panalo na ulit laging malamig ang makina kahit sa gitna ng trapik.

    ok naman water pump and wala na ding thermostat pa check ko bukas cylinder head gasket and / or yung block nya, thanks again bros

    observe mo kung may air bubbles sa radiator mo, kung meron, cylynder head gasket yan. go for the orig head gasket, madaling bumigay ang replacement

    once again, galing galing ng mga taga tsikot, the culprit was the cylinder head gasket, nag top overhaul na din para sigurado ( to include yung machining ng cylinder block), maghapon din ginawang mechanic namin sa motorpool, oks na performance ngayon

    rod
    may bubbles nga yung radiator dati

    anyway thanks again bros, wala na sanang maging sakit itong B22 na ito , nakangiti na si MRS, dati rati nakabusangot palagi dahil bog down itong pickup namin, thanks again
    (body na lang yata di ko napalitan dito . . . )

    good day sa lahat...this thread helped me so much....specially the sedimentor problem posted by Ibaloi....tnx bro.........but i guess the warning thats been neglected for 4 months made a consequence.......prior to this pag nag start ka ng makina eh wala namang malakas na vibration, tsaka malakas na usok.....ngayon....malakas ang vibration ng makina, malakas pa ang usok,,,,tumatagal ito mga 30 seconds then...saka lang nagiging pino ang makina....ganito palagi pag bagong start and makina....is this the consequence of not cleaning the sedimentor...of disregarding the sediment warning sign?.......any idea on our experts here....or can u recomend any good and affordable mechanic.......isa ko pang problema,,,,me takatakatak na tunog sa makina ng b2200 ko (rf diesel engine)....pro pag nag rev ka nawalala....tapos balik ang tunog pag idle ka........any advise and help please...
