Tanong ko lang po kung may idea kayo pano matipid yung gas nito mazda 626 2.0. Grabe po pala ito sa gas....

basta mazda more on performance sila..not on Fuel Efficiency

Ok bro thanks, pero tingin mo magkano pa kaya value nito 97 model tingin mo mabili pa kaya pero good conditon pa ito.

It's typically about 150k pesos... if you're lucky, you can sell for more, but I doubt you'll be lucky.

All midsized 2.0s are gas guzzlers, the 626 isn't any worse than most... but if we're talking the automatic 626... hell... sell it now and get a smaller car.

i used to drive a 97 626 a/t, 4-5 kms./liter in city driving using Premium Gas.
now with my 95 626 m/t, 10-11 kms./liter long drive using E10 Unleaded Gas.

bro. simple. ibaba mo na ang makina mo.. overhaul ika nga!!! im sure isa na sa problem dyan ang mga piston and cylinder heads mo. pati need mo pa timing ang mga valves, even aircon and mga filters mo.. you need to consult a excellent mechanic to do that job... im sure its a great car rejuvenation!!!!!!!

Our old car is a 94' 2.0 MT Mazda 626, & yeah, malakas sa gas. I remember nung college ako (around 26-32 Php/ liter) palang ang gas, 200 pesos ang minimum ko na gas from Caloocan to Intramuros (Letran). Pero wala nmn aq masabi sa performance kasi talagang malakas ang makina... nkakamiss din, hehe!

hmm makes me think twice about swapping mg corolla xl to a 626
