What i really want from this post is to convey how can a driver get out safely from that kind of situation n kinukuyog ka ng mga riders because of their mob mentality, that incident could become violent lalo na kung hindi nila magugustuhan yung sagot ng driver, eh yung iba naman dito parang nadismaya pa dahil hindi issue ng Mazda2, i’m trying early on to edit the title but i can’t.

As to this case ni OP, na ganged up upon ng mga riders, it's no different from a case where for example, nakasagi ka ng 4 year old na bata na pinabayaan ng magulang gumala sa kalsada (through no fault of yours), tapos andaming nakisawsaw na tambay na kung ano-ano na ang sinasabi (kesyo nakikipag karera daw yung may sasakyan, lasing or high etc.) Then lalabas yung mga magulang: "Dehado kami! Asaan ang hustisya?!?!" Sabay wail & maghandusay sa kalsada na akala mo aping api pero sila naman ang pabayang magulang ang may kasalanan. Mahirap nga yun.

If I had proof (i.e. dash cam footage) and I know wala akong kaslanan, I wouldn't have forked out even a centavo for those guys. Ipapablotter ko pa yung incident, pati sa barangay (after all, nandun na rin kayo sa precinct), then I'd get certified true copies and keep them, along with the recording, for at least 10 years.

To be fair however, we don't really know what happened. It's just the OP's narration (not saying I doubt him though, hindi lang natin talaga nakita eh). Baka naman hinagingan niya ng sobrang pino, who knows? Kahit di mo tamaan, may turbulence din (like being passed by a bus or truck on a highway).
