    225/45 is more common w/ lotsa options than 215/45 here. A tad wider & taller....rides better.[emoji4]

    Hi folks!
As I unlock the car, the signal lights did not turn on or blink. When I pushed the Start button, the engine started but the amber light in power button is blinking and the AC, hazard light and headlight did not turn on. Also the headlight LED indicator os blinking on the dash. Can't use the car. What seems to be the problem? Happened twice already. Visited the dealership already the first time it happened but diagnosis seemed fine. BCM was reprogrammed already. Anyone here experienced the same?

Car battery is 8 months old. Panasonic 80D23L. Indicator on the batt says good. My key fob battery was replaced just last month.

Had an episode of lazy remote (even w/ new key batt) once....cleaning the key fob batt contacts solved it. Issue never came back. Check your car batt terminals. Unhook the negative a while, reconnect & retighten. Electrical gremlins are often batt-related.

Tried. No luck. Same. Engine starts, amber light flashing on power button, no headlights and no AC. Am I the only who had this issue?

So I bought a CTEK Start/Stop Battery Charger thinking it was made for vehicles with iStop but upon reading the manuals and what the kuya said, it means that it will start and stop even when you left it charging. Not sure though [emoji23] Should’ve bought the ctek mxs 5.0 which is 500php cheaper. Lol

Good sirs, should I change it to CTEK MXS 5.0 or stick with CTEK CT5 Start/Stop? I guess I can change it still from the blade store I purchased it from.

Kuya isn't really wrong. CTEKs like CT5 & MXs 5.0 are smart chargers you can leave hooked all the time. They sleep when batt's fully charged & wake when they sense a drop. The CT5 Start/Stop is what CTEK recommends for those equipped w/ iStop & the like. They both are good for regular flooded, EFBs & AGMs. No need to swap.

Good thing that parking in the office has an outlet
How often should I charge it? and can I close the hood or is it dangerous?
