Many thanks Travajante! I'll have these check at my next PMS visit after 6 mos. For now I will do my own troubleshooting and try out WD40 if it can give some quick relief [emoji6]

Anytime, sir. On the shared lower control arm bush TSB, they actually apply some dry coat/film lube....much like on polyurethane bushes. Instead of WD40, try this...

This is a very helpful guide on how to troubleshoot those clunking noise from the car's suspension.

The youtuber was able to fix the clunking noise from the driver side suspension by just spraying WD40.

I'm experiencing that too. Possible cause is a throttle body that needs cleaning.

Dealerships can go through the air/fuel system checks to hunt the cause down but won't touch rpm-adjustments....OVT does, can see how your engine's breathing & more. It might be a sign it's time to get infected?[emoji848][emoji12][emoji4]

The first gen had ecu recalibration whenever it starts out fresh (battery disconnected) to adjust of Throttle Body condition/dirtiness, so it'll do 100kms of going up and down the normal idle range til it's satisfied it found the best idling rpm for the car (usually 750-800rpm).

    Hi Thread!

I have been following this thread since last year and this January 2020. (I read from first post back in 2016 to this date - 396 pages whew!) just finished today and caught up now with the thread so I am posting now. [emoji4]

I was able to purchased a used 2017 mazda 3 speed with only 12k odo for I would say a good price.

A lot of helpful mowners especially to sir travajante and jojopad and all contributors here which I would like to thank much.

From this thread. I was able to purchase the plate relocator to having the apple carplay installed. Just wanna share my
Next mod maybe the streaming signal lights on my side mirrors with autofold when locked on my keyfob by mikstore. Hopefully this weekends.(once new side mirrors installed by casa)

Racing beat axleback exhaust (I emailed sir *travajante for it and not sure if he sells or distribute it here in PH)

I also learned the ceramic coating option here from technical details which I am already scheduled this 30-31st of January.

Issues so far is the mirrors not folding completely but scheduled for replacement by mazda makati.

Groaning when turning left during low speed 10kmph. Havent figured it out and casa has no idea. [emoji17]

So far, minor issues and enjoying every bit of the 3.

Again, Thank you to this forum! Mown3rs rock!

Groaning sound like a coarse sound? It could be the brakes for this 36months old. The calipers guides could be a little seized. Cleaning the caliper pin and the hole and using proper grease would help this.

My front left side had less pads than the right front pads. I also had a groaning sound.

If it's not the brakes.. it could be the wheel bearing.

Yes sir. More on a coarse sound. Casa lubricated it last time I visited and fixed the right side but now it transferred to the left so will have it check again when they install the new side mirrors.

Confirm if the caliper pin slides in and out. If it doesnt they used grease that's not meant for brakes(high temp) This needs to be cleaned out. It takes awhile cleaning this. Once the job is finished the pins should move in and out smoothly.

That's right. I got a dose of it. They used ordinary grease and couldn't complain. I think I should not be within the vicinity as they perform the maintenance. However, I want my hands to get dirty once in awhile. Or a while?

Great color! Make sure to take the replaced side mirror. You'll never know when you'll need to interchange the internal parts, once you are past warranty. I have both, by the way.

Warranty replaced parts are supposed to be sent back to MazdaPh. That celebrity privilege might just have been exclusively extended to our Brother Bossing(Archerfish)......but you can try asking, sir.[emoji4]
