    Not just the engine. It's literally a D-Max with Mazda styling, but everything mechanical is Isuzu.
    It's built at Isuzu's Samrong plant in Thailand.

    Yeah, they tried with the styling but one can still see that it is not very Mazda like when compared to the rest of the line up.

    Otoh, the 2nd gen mu-x slightly looks like a mazda up front and some interior bits as well but oto media fails to point them out. Also said styling is not for everyone's tastes though lol.

    I like the MUX's exterior design as well. Pati color options.

    Actually, parang chop-suey design niya. Mala-mazda sa harap, t6 everest naman sa gilid tapos yung likod kahawig ng 2nd-gen monterosport.
