    Guys,

If may kotse akong dala, anong route ang safest and fastest going to Isabela province (particularly to Cauayan City)?

    Thanks!

Take the SCTEX and exit at Pura heading Guimba. The rest will be the same ang route as ito yung pinakamaraming dumadaan from San Domingo NE to Cauayan , Isabela.

Kung bus naman best bet mo is Victory Liner.

puede dn po kau mag TPLEX exit kau sa carmen tapos turn right and follow the san jose-carmen road that will take about at least 45 minutes depending on how you drive pero once you've reached san jose Nueva Ecija un na ung way papunta isabela

Mahabang pasensya kailangan sa Dalton Pass (between Nueva Ecija and Nueva Vizcaya). Mejo madami road repairs

anong province sakop ang Carmen? I cannot see the interchange base sa Google Maps.

Grabe daw traffic ngayon sa san jose going up to the mountains. Some recommend passing thru Baler, Aurora instead. Maybe I'll try this route sometime. Not sure though sa road conditions. I'm from santiago city btw.

    okay...

but I decided to take a bus instead. This Friday.

problem now is, ano ang sasakyan ko na biyahe ng Victory Liner kung bababa ako ng Cauayan? I prefer to leave Manila in the morning. (nagtanong ako sa dati kong officemate at sabi niya na wag ko sakyan yung biyaheng Santiago kasi hindi siya aabot ng Cauayan). any thoughts and opinions?

pic below is schedule of trips going to Cagayan Valley sa Victory Liner Sampaloc Terminal.

errr... isn't this something you best ask the victory liner people? they can probably give you the time schedules, and probably make reservations as well...

actually I already asked the girl sa counter kanina and sabi naman niya na pwede daw ako sumakay ng bus biyaheng Tuguegarao at 8:00 am. but of course gusto ko rin humingi ng opinion ng mga tsikoteers just in case.

hirap din palang magbiyahe going to Isabela (and to Cagayan). worse pa kung sa araw ka magbibiyahe. dahil sa road construction sa may part ng Sta. Fe, Nueva Vizcaya (where the long stretch of the road construction is), trapik ang inabot at humaba ang travel time.

7 million pesos per kilometer yan kaya mahilig silang magrepair
