Take a plane to Tugegarao then go via land?

I'm not familiar with that area but it seems the Cagayan Valley route is the one to take.

If you look at googlemaps, its seems the straight roads (via Santiago City then Quezon town) would be the more apt to pass. It';s the same when you research online.

Hindi ko po kc alam kung saan mas matarik or mas maraming landslide, kung yung sa baguio ba or yung from tuguegarao. Online blogs seem to suggest na mas okay sa baguio. Nagbabasakali lang po if anyone has actually gone there.

fastest route is via SCTEX sulpot ka ng Baloc or Cabanatuan or Gapan then straight to Santiago City then left turn to Roxas-Tuguegarao Road. Diretso ka lang makikita mo na yung left turn to Tabuk sign.
