Bro.,- as of last night, the Bicutan(Skyway) off-ramp southbound (back to SLEX) is still open.... Although a lot of southbound rides are taking the Sucat exit now(since toll from Bicutan to Sucat is free... ) and making a U-turn back to SLEX southbound. Kaya traffic sa Dr. A. Santos Ave and there are Skyway traffic enforcers managing the area up to Loyola Memorial....

Sucat to NAIA3 is definitely open. The segment that was opened yesteday was Sucat to Bicutan only.

Probably, we passed through Arnaiz(Pasay Rd) to NAIA3 - Skyway - last night,- still no toll...
