ikutin ang laguna de bay...
have lunch at exotik place.. taste some exotic food.. (yak!).
check in sa hotel at the rim of taal lake and have nice dinner (sm hotel?).
wake up to a breakfast of tawilis overlooking the lake..
magbasa na good book til lunch.
drive home in the afternoon.
wash your car the next day.

holy week visita iglesia.. heh heh.

Kung umuulan, EDSA from Trinoma to Mall of Asia on a Friday evening, parang long drive na rin yun.

Take into consideration the weather as well. If it's raining, better to avoid the mountains.

Laguna Bay Loop (look for old Churches) then drive into Laguna, Batangas etc. with an overnight at some resort.
