    phillip,

kung hindi pa late itong post ko ganito ang directions

since alam mo na ang antipolo, one road route lang naman yan , sa dulo ng road pagbaba mo, turn left (turning right takes you back from where you started - bayan bayan nga lang)

after turning left you see a forked road take the LEFT one, this will take you to pillilla-tanay road

go straight at the end - kaliwa uli brod, zigzag again, careful sa mga liko, maraming scooters and others jeepney driver na abusado - one road route again

take it from there na - - pag balik nyo try visiting CALIRAYA LAKE malapit na po yun doon

diyan po ako dumadaan weekends - walang traffic

hope this helps, ingat sa road

uy siniloan, native of siniloan ang wife ko kaya't madalas akong pumunta rito, although mas malapit nga talaga ang rizal route (antipolo, teresa, tanay) na papuntang siniloan, I still prefer the long pero no zig zag route (expressway exit calamba at dadaanan halos lahat ng towns ng laguna) mas masarap kasing humataw dito lalo na dun sa bandang sta.cruz laguna up to pagsanjan. Pero if you want the short but scenic route take the rizal route kainis nga lang sa zigzag pag maraming mabagal.

yah thanks!!! sa 22 pa ako punta doon so its not yet too late.... may victory party kasi kaklase ko doon, she just passed the CE board exam eh. Eh invited kami mga kasama nya. Yup yung route galing expressway, that was the route I used going there before, kaya lang umuwi ako using the short cut route (with her kaya tinuturo nya daan kahit gabi memorize nya eh) eh ngayon kasi kami kami na lang punta without her guidance na....thanks talaga sobra!

Depende kung what time ka pupunta....the traffic would quite less in the Rizal route than the Laguna route.

Kung mas malapit ka sa Rizal e mas ok na mag-rizal route ka na. Your indicate location is Makati....I would suggest that you take the Laguna route.

Traffic would be quite bad in Calamba and Los Banos between 6-9am (kasi monday ang 22 at baka may pasok pa ang mga school). Pero kung wala ng school, then it would be smooth sailing na sa 2 towns na iyon.

Towns that you would be passing after Los Banos would be Bay (pronounce Ba-e), Victoria, Pila, and Sta. Cruz. Take all the MAIN road or By-pass road ng mga towns na iyun (only Victoria don't have a by-pass road) para hindi ka matrafic.

Then when you pass by Sta. Cruz you'd reach the arch ng Pagsanjan town. Turn left when you reach the T-intersection (simbahan ang tumbok nito). If you turn right you would be going to Luisiana and then Quezon!

After that left, the next town would be Lumban. Then Kalayaan (scenic view of Laguna de Bay near the giant dam tube), Paete (take by-pass road again), then Pakil. Meron intersection sa Pakil-Pangil area....you should go straight (turning left would make you go through Pangil town area and turning right you lead you bact to Pakil town area and labas ng Paete). Next town after Pangil would be Siniloan na.

Actually, it's the intersection of Famy-Siniloan. To reach Siniloan town you'll have to turn left at that intersection. If you turn right it would lead you to Real-Infanta, Quezon. And if you go straight naman you're going back to manila na (rizal route)...if I am not mistaken the next town (Sta Maria yata) is already the last town of Laguna....so after that its a zigzag road pababa ng Jala-jala and tanay na.

That (Siniloan) is roughly 40-60 km from Calamba. Expect about 1.5- 2 hrs drive pa from Calamba...unless matrafic.

    HTH.
