Coming from where??? Assuming north... take SLEX, exit ka sa Batangas (after na ng last tollbooth), may makikita kang exit na 40A at B (not sure kung 40 ha, basta yun lang yung last 2 exits), take the 2nd to the last exit... Then straight lang... You'll reach the intersection wherein you'll enter Star Tollway. Take that tollway... straight lang yun, ganda kalsada... then sa dulo, exit ka Lipa na yun, you'll need to take a U turn exit sa dulo... Pag labas mo sa tollgate, Lipa na yun...

Malaki ang Lipa medyo, so im not sure if the exit will be near your destination, basta sa may paglagpas ng DLSU Lipa na yung exit na yun...
