June 10th, 2013 12:14 PM #11The best option would be to identify high areas where it is safe to park.
Kasi pag alam mo naman na umuulan ng malakas shempre you will not go to that place.

Espana (winner)
vito cruz corner SSH (makati pa ata to)
Washington-Dela Rosa area Makati
Pasong tamo in front of Waltermart (actually, buong pasong tamo may patches ng baha lagi)
Buendia cor SSH
Sucat road (in front of SM, evacom, 4th estate)
Bicutan service road area
E.rod corner Araneta (pag sobrang lakas talaga ng ulan)
Marcos highway in front of Filinvest up to sa may Sumulong highway

The lower parts of San Juan besides Santa Mesa floods. Streets such as Blumentritt in San Juan can have floods as high as your waist. Gilmore in New Manila would also have portions where it floods. On Tomas Morato, there is a portion where it dips and it always floods there.
Edsa contrary to popular belief alsohas a portion that floods. This is the area close to P Tuazon in QC if I'm not mistaken.
Having problems posting images as well.
