    Simple.

Take North Expressway all the way to San Fernando exit, pass thru Bacolor, Guagua, Lubao, Dinalupihan Bataan (turn right, wag dumeretso at mapupunta ka sa Balanga) to SBF Expressway (Tipo Rd)

Follow traffic rules always especially in Subic. Observe FULL STOP (not slowing down).

well tama sabi nila, exit at san frenando, turn west (or left, if your reference point is the NLEX) all the way to dinalupihan. at the statue of the soldiers turn right towards olongapo-zambales (straight is towards dinalupihan). at the zigzag road there is only one stop light. turn left at the stop light and you are already going to sbma.

for a map of sbma, go here>>> http://www.globalpinoy.com/travel/pr.../subic_map.htm

for map and directions to ocean adventure go here >>> http://www.oceanadventure.com.ph/gue...0adventure.htm

wag mo sagasaan yung mga unggoy ha, kahit walang pedestrian crossing dun sa papuntang ocean adventure eh right of way sila.

not only that be sure to fasten your seatbelt both driver and passenger,

    kung intersection at walang stoplights...
full stop muna then first come first turn/alternately

ang galing sa subic kaya pala natin maging responsible drivers, dapat buong pilipinas na.

best places to eat at SUBIC

well nandyan na Pancake house, Gerry's grill and the steak place (forgot its name), and a NY pizza place delivery (also forgot name) Chowking and Jolibee at the magsaysay exit

feeling ko lang para ka rin nasa Manila

pero when you have kids its the convenience you're paying for

there's a chinese rest near the tennis courts sulit din dun for lunch or dinner

there's a medyo out of the way as in outside the base in Bo. Barretto its called "coffee shop"
    big size sandwhiches, tacos et.

on the way home pass by Sta Cruz just in the outskirts of LUBAO look for PINES brownies and butterschotch bars

    SARAP!!!!

    RLP1099,
    Meatplus yung steak house...

actually unlike before sobrang laki ng servings nila, lalo na yung spaghetti and meatballs umaapaw ang pasta at mas malaki pa sa pingpong ang meatballs ngayon maliit na, saka medyo matigas na rin ang steaks dati no need for knife.

    pero ok pa rin.

imho pag nasa subic try not to eat sa mga meron sa manila. boring na eh (imho). try ibang food para makatikim ka naman ng lutong probinsya. food trip kung baga. kung maliit ang budget with big servings sa wimpy's ang punta. love their porkchops and burger my recomendation, by the way meron ngayong carnival at nite market sa tabi lang ng wimpys. just park your car across wimpys and lakad nalang. pag malaki ang budget sa meat plus ang punta. tama si kimpoy lumiit na nga yung mga steaks. wala narin yung mga 11 dollar na steaks that i used to eat. ngayon maswerte kana kung may mataas sa 7 dollars. solutiuon get 2 steaks, hehe pero sarap parin. another is sakura japanese restaurant. masarap sobra din, authentic japanese talaga pati yung owner and chef and 1 waitress. but I must warn you pagbukas mo ng menu lalaki ang mata mo. 1 bowl plain rice nila is 80 pesos na. imagine mo nalang yung ulam.

meron pa rito tinatayo new restaurant sa nite market mismo. napaguusapan na dito speciialty daw is chicken barbeque. pero hindi pa open. COCOLIME restaurant yata pangalan.

punta din kami dun nov 29-dec 1, pasyal din ng kids sa ocean adventure saka beach. pero baka di kami sa sbma matulog, malamang sa labas like in barreto.

    promdiboy,

    thanks

yebo hindi parin ako nakapaghotel sa baretto. but ang balita ko sa baloy, maraming pok. ang magandang mga hotels are zanzibar, by the sea and blue rock. ang pinakabago diyan is blue rock dive resort. kung gusto mo the best room sa yatch club. 100 dollars per room. 2 queen size bed na yun. with jacuzzi.f

Hi bro, the SCTex (well, at least the Subic-Clark portion) was open during Holy Week on a trial run but it was closed again yesterday for further constructions and checks.... No idea if it will open as early as April 5...

Whenever I use this route, I usually leave my house in Tandang Sora QC at around 8am and I'm usually in Subic by around 10:30-11am. This is in normal morning weekend traffic conditions and going at a comfortable speed.
