Directions to Calderon Restaurant, Makati

Does anyone know where Calderon is and how to get there? I'm getting confused if it's in Kalayaan or HV Dela Costa, Makati.

I'm coming from Manila Peninsula.

based on their website address, its at Ground Floor, Classica Condominium, 112 H.V. Dela Costa Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City.

Coming from Pen:

a) Drive via Ayala
b) Right at Rufino Street
c) Left at Leviste Street (where KFC and Lyceum is)
d) Right at dela Costa..... andyan na yun. Hindi ko lang sure kung saan lugar yan.

I work nearby (Tordesillas Street) and Dela Costa Street is just a stone throw away. Di ko lang napapansin yang Calderon Restaurant.
