I prefer Tarlak-camiling-malasiqui
less traffic / less bus / less tricycle
medyo trapik lang ng kaunti sa may bayambang
Thanks for the replies. I'll take your advice. First time ko rin dadaan dito from Camiling to Dagupan.
I'll use the SCTEX. Saan dapat mag-exit? Sa Concepcion or La Paz? May ibang exit pa ba?

Routes 2 & 3, di advisable if travelling at night. Super dilim especially the Camiling-Bayambang stretch. Route 3 is the best route in day time.
Use the Luisita exit in SCTEx.

Best way to Dagupan is via Camiling instead of Carmen.
1. Use SCTEX and exit at Luisita
2. At Siesta in Tarlac city take the left road to Camiling (Right is to carmen).
3. At Camiling take the road to Bayambang->Malasique->Calasiao->Dagupan
1. via Urdaneta - traffic masyado at parang mahaba.
2. via Sta. Ignacia / Camiling / Mangatarem / Bugallon - maganda ang highway.
3. via Sta. Ignacia / Camiling / Malasiqui (or Basista / San Carlos) / Calasiao - medyo magiging traffic, Sunday being market day and the road is narrower compared to #2. at siempre, mas marami tricycles sa route na ito. as they said, don't try this road at night when you're not familiar with the route.
i usually take the Luisita exit going to Camiling / Romulo Highway.
