South Superhighway straight to Nagtahan Bridge until you reach Quezon Avenue then turn right straight until you reach Tomas Morato.

    EDSA is usually too congested.

The quickest route is to either do Espana (but Espana is horrible during rush hour) or get off the Nagtahan flyover at Santa Mesa, then U-turn and get on Balete Drive.... that takes you straight to E.Rod close to the end of Morato.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

I used to use that route a lot, but it can get congested, sometimes.

I will follow Qwerty's suggestion but instead of turning left to Araneta and right to E. Rod (E. Rod is always so traffic) I would go straight Aurora. Once in corner Gilmore turn right then left (forgot the street kasi maliit lang) tapos left again to Dona Hemady. Tapos sa dulo ng Dona Hemady is E. Rodriguez turn right then a few meters from there turn left (may makikita kang Petron) yun na ang Tomas Morato.
