I suggest that you exit at San Fernando and take the Gapan-Olongapo road instead. It's free, shorter distance and DPWH had upgraded the highway into 4 lanes. You can also avoid the traffic at Sta.Ana using the Lubao Diversion road (thanks to GMA). Travel time is almost the same.
