10am to 3pm window from Airport to Malabon??

Hi sirs, my ending plate is 3 and i have to fetch someone at the airport around 2:30pm on Tuesday. The question is, is the 10 to 3 window applicable from the said route? Airport -> roxas blvd -> c3 -> malabon. TIA!!

Unfortunately Yes.... that's the least you can get. Worst would be areas where there is no window.

If I'm not mistaken, its either Malabon or Kalookan or both does not allow for this "window".
