Good day. Can anyone suggest a good rim brand and good wheel shops in Manila that offers a wide range of choices for an SUV? Budget would be around 50-60,000 for a set. Thanks!

try NH MILLER located in west avenue, QC. May I, however, warn you not to be tricked by the Miller employees regarding the "defect" in the rim where they will allegedly fix it for a fee. As I said, that "defective rim" is just a trick, specially when you are only buying tires. This happens during the wheel balancing.

Thanks for the replies. I'll keep those things in mind.

I might be sticking to 17" or 18" rims. Rota lang ba brand na kasya sa budget. I can adjust it to 70-80K in you guys know a better brand.

Has anyone had experience with Goodyear Ducaro?

O kaya Kelly tires? Their cheaper locally made tires but are also using "Goodyear Technology" daw

How about try Walter Wolf Wheels? They're a lesser known exporter of rims. They've been making rims for 30 years, mukhang maganda yung quality.

    Lite Metals Manufacturing:
Office: #4 5th Avenue, West G.P. Caloocan City
    Tel: 363-0532; 362-2303

I checked them out before. Maganda yung price na binigay sa akin, better than Rota or Silverwind price Kaso lang, I ended up buying Silverwind kasi limited yung designs ng Walter Wolf sa 14", pero they have a lot of designs for the larger wheel models

If you're in a budget, its really worth looking at their rims, baka magustuhan mo 1 design nila

i have tried Kelly tires before. they are budget tires. good treadwear characteristics (mine lasted more than 3 years on a Honda Civic), kind of noisy at highway speeds. performance is pretty bad, but these are not racing Z-rated tires either. it's a decent tire for people who are not going to track their car, and want to keep on a tight budget.

What about Auto Options along Timog accross the old Circle Theater?

They are the dealers for American Racing Rims.

If you want a set that they have to custom order it's about P40K and probably less if they have it in stock.

They also carry Cepek rims and are also the dealer for tires of the same brand and Mickey Thompson.

And before anyone asks, I'm not affiliated with them nor do I get commission for any sales.

    Hope this helps.
