Pasensya na po, mejo noob query lang. What's the thinnest sidewall height of low profile tire available for an 18" mags. what brand and how much kaya?

yung nakakabit na tire sa mags ko eh 225x40x18, meron pa ho ba mas low profile dito? mas manipis ba ang 215x35x18?

i want to change the 2pcs of a thinner sidewall height so i can put it in front and the 225x40 at the rear.

    TIA.

You know that the tires won't be the same diameter right?

215/35/18=23.93" yes the sidewall will be smaller 35 aspect ratio on 215mm.
    225/40/18=25.09"

If you want a front rake then this would work as the back would be higher than the front.

meron pang 35 sidewall diameter. i've seen something like that on an 18" rims.
pero ang lufet na, sobrang nipis na. parang malubak lang ng onti, masisira ang rims.

Parang pang carshow lang ang ganyan kanipis na mga goma no? Not really for daily driving.

mas prefer ko po kasi ng mas mataas ng konti sa likod besides if the same dimension sa harap eh baka mas malamang sumayad sa fenders.

i had the same tires for 2-3 years now and got any problems with my rims nor with the tires.

    thanks po ulit.

what kind of car is it for? if it's for one of your compact sedans that run 16 inch rims with 60 aspect tires, then you might end up with tires that are too small.

    +1 upgrade = 50/17"
    +2 upgrade = 40/18"

as far as the ride, i am running 35 series rubber on two of my cars - one on 18" rims and 22" on an suv. ride is much rougher even on the very smooth roads where i live. my cousin in manila runs 35/19 on his mercedes - he's already replaced one tire and an expensive lorinser rim because of the roads...pero with care he says he usually can avoid most problems...
