50 or 55 Series 15 inch tires? Mags question?

Tanong ko lang kung anong mas ok na tires. 50 series ba o 55 seires?
Hindi ba matagtag kung 50 series?

Civic 97 po auto ko.

Tsaka kung SIR mags or Volk racing mags?

general knowledge tells us that the higher the "series" or the aspect ratio the better the sidewall will play.

also check the width of the tire because the aspect ratio or the "series" depends on it

eg. 255/50/15

255= width in mm
50= 50% of 255= 112.5mm
15= rim size

go with 195/55/15

better comfort and thicker sidewalls to protect you from bingkong.

205/55/15 yung kasamang gulong.. pero undecided pa rin ako kung SIR mags o volks racing. Magdadagdag ako ng 12500 kung volks racing pero pag SIR mags e plus 6500 lang with free polish na yung mags. Ano kaya mas ok na deal?

i am currently using a 55 on 15 tires. ok sya. gaya ng sabi ni miko, more comfortable and more protection sa mags.

on your last question, syempre, mas maganda volks racing.

I went with the SIR mags and 195/55/15 na Yokohama (70-75% tires)... mas maganda tignan kaysa volks racing... 6T lang add ko pero trade in stock vti mags with 70% tires.

Sarap pag masdan ng auto.. hehe. Salamat sa advice!

If your new Rim is 5.5in.- 7.5 in. Rim Width Range use 205/50/15.
If your new Rim is 5.5in.- 7.0 in. Rim Width Range use 195/55/15.

If your Rim is wider than stated inches above use 215 on wheel width.
