The genuine article of that wheel is called the "Desmond RegaMaster EVO."

Japanese tuner Spoon Sports commissioned Desmond to make those exact same wheels under the "SW388" name - these are generally flat black.

As stated previously, Rota and Silverwind also make replicas/copies of the RegaMaster/SW388 wheels. Some people want to make their replicas look like the genuine article so they buy stickers and decals - in this case, the replicas' stickers mimic the Desmond RegaMaster EVOs.

As far as Rotas go, their Regamaster/SW388 replica, called the "Slipstream", is pretty desirable because of the very light weight. Silverwind copies on the other hand are anything but light.
