Personally, I go to either Banawe or Blumentritt lang. Sa Banawe, Sonny's OK, GTD or Kustom Wheel Hub (I got my 17's here). Sa Blumentritt naman sa Gladdies Tires lang ako nagpupunta. HTH.
Got my 15's at GTD Banawe. Located at N. Roxas st.
Very accommodating si George. Mabait at totoo sa salita niya. ;)
When I first canvassed, nagsabi siya ng trade price sa rims ko without even thoroughly inspecting it.
When I went back to his shop, binili niya yung rims ko ng price na sinabi niya, at ibinigay niya saakin yung rims na gusto ko sa sinabi niyang price nung una. :2thumbsup:

If I were you I'd scout around Banawe & Blumentritt. Kung aftermarket rims hanap mo, go for brand new. Kung replacement OEM, even though 2nd hand ok na as long as maganda yung kalagayan ng rims.
In west ave, meron ka mapagpipilian pero konti lang yung shops unlike sa 2 said places.

I find Concept One's styles simple. So kung gusto mo simple ang itsura, go for Concept Ones. Kasi, DUBSHOP is inclined more on the VIP look.
But, I really am not sure if it will look nice if it's fitted on your GW CB. Maybe, have it fitted first then decide.
Besides, they have lots of rim selections that you can choose from.

If I were you, I`d spend half of my day canvassing. Going around Banawe then straight to Dubshop. Then after going to Dubshop, decide whether if you're going back in Banawe and get your preferred rims or just settle for the rims that are in dubshop.
And ... BTW, in Banawe you have the option to have your rims and tires swapped. In dubshop, I`m not sure if they accept these kind of options.
