I just got a Cmry 97 and I'm thinking of putting mags on it. I just don't want to sacrifice the smooth ride the camry is known for. What wheel and tire size would you guys think is ok? I'm thinking 17s with 55 series tires or is that whacked? hehe

    any thoughts?

    Thanks in advance...

ano stock n'ya? imho: I would think if you really want to maintain the comfort you speak of, stick to the same size.

    +1 here.
any changes in size (and even in weight) will effect the riding condition of your car.
a suggestion though. if your mags are scratched already, then just have it repaired and repainted.

Yup, tama sila, better to have the stock mags repainted.

I replaced the stock 15" mags of my 97 Accord VTi-S with Rota Battle mags (same size din). Iba na ang ride, mas matagtag. My only consolation is mas maganda syang tingnan.

thanks. I got it actually with a different set of mags replaced by the previous owner though I think. It's on 14s now and salbabida tires hehehe Though I've read online that the camry original comes stock with 16s
