    is it true guys, a scratched rim can be fixed by buffing? do u know any shop?

    parang body din ng car daw ang mags. kung you clear coat lang ang scratched, kaya sa buffing. but if its the paint that's scratched, kahit na anong buffing, di na kaya. repaint na.
