OT: hindi lang sa tarlac but in other provinces as well especially in san carlos, pangasinan tricycyle capital na daw sila, hehe

theres a lot of development na din dito, the presence of SM Tarlac is somewhat enticing sa mga would-be investors; continuous building of new structures not only along mcArthur highway but everywhere else; road widening, openings & improvements...

kahit na mga korean businessman meron na din along f. tañedo st., selling cheap products like in divisoria style.
