CVT, the good news is that the number coding suspension will be in effect until january 19, 2008.

on the other hand, traffic is bad during daytime. there is a sudden influx of visitors the past few days and there will be no letup until after the new year.

you can apply for an exemption from number coding in selected police precints. you pay P300 for the privilege. that's basically paying for the P500 fine in advance. may discount nga lang.

Our family will be there in Baguio from 2nd to 5th/6th January as part of our bi-annual trek to your great and wonderful City of Pines! I just hope that the temperature will be as cold as ever, so that we will really enjoy our stay there. Our boys cherish so much their experience of breathing out puffs of smoke during the early mornings there (ako rin) ...
