A/T in D, vibrations while stop for red light

With the car idling... Ive noticed strong cabin vibrations in D with Brakes fully pressed down. When i shifted to P R and N... no more vibrations. So everytime i stop for a red light or traffic, needed to shift to N or P. The irony here is that when i shift to R and idle, there were no vibrations at all.

Any ideas what is the problem?

I've search the internet. Kahit Kia Rio gas engine have similar problems at 30-40th mileage. I'll try to go under the car this weekend and push wiggle the transmission. Pag palagi off-road, possible transmission support loose already.

Parang normal na po yata yan sa age ng car? My lancer also same vibration as you described aboved. Gone once engage to neutral and park. Baka wear and tear ng transmission support?
