Inquire at Speedlab. They carry the full complement of Ultrabeat bars (strut, anti-roll, etcetera...) and Ultrabeat has bars for Kias and Hyundais.

A strut bar won't really add to the safety of the car... not unless it's an x-brace that strengthes the engine bay both crosswise and lengthwise. Strutbars simply keep the strut towers from flexing in relation to each other under extreme cornering loads... the effects are barely noticeable on newer cars with stiffer bodies. Anti-roll bars have a more immediate and noticeable effect.

The best bet for safety? Better tires and brake pads.
