baka may directive na from their Korean mother company (with Hyundai) to trounce the Japs/other manufacturers in every segment... kung baga kung hindi Hyundai and kunin ng mga buyers, tingnan naman nila offerings ng Kia.

saw this one also, these are not the ones sold before. different specs, with a competitive pricing. i like the 2-door 2.0.

Better late than never.

Alin ang kinakalaban nila dito? The upcoming Thai-produced FB Civic? Pwede.

IMO this can go head to head against the FB Civic. :classic: May it be the 1.6L 4-door sedan or the 2-door Koup

Not as elegant as the FB, though. And the interior's a notch lower. The Altis' dashboard looks better and well-fitted than this. But the shifter is really nice.

wala pa bang specs other than the engine disp at transmission? tahimik naman ng kia, pero inunahan ang ford sa paglabas ng focus. la ba sila budget for ads/marketing?

I still prefer the Elantra's styling over this. Even if they price the Forte sedan like the Elantra, I'd still choose the latter.

OMG. ayus ah. Sana they retained the wheels ng 4 door sedan kahit 1.6 ltr

even may lalabas na kasing bagong Forte, that 2 door koup is pure win!!!

and nasaan si Desert Fox? :D
