Give em your dealership's contact details. They'll gladly heed.[emoji4]

Maybe the Laus Group can sponsor a test drive of the various brand models they carry locally. They can include Ford, Chevy, Kia, Hyundai, etc.

Now, I am really wishing my next car to be RWD.

Had fun poking sctex with u guys. Ü. Car begs to be driven hard, and i have driven STIs, but this pushed my insides towards my back better as Sparc would testify. The acceleration is insane. And that's with 4 people pa.

There is one thing I have forgotten to mention. There is minimal turbo lag from that turbo V6.

If the weather cooperated and we had dry roads last Saturday, we might hit 250 kmh. I could feel that we were near the end of grip with SCTEX being wet and pushing the car faster would cause it to lose grip in the rain (or maybe I was not just channelling my best Senna moment in the rain). 190kmh in pouring rain is not most common guys would do. Hehehehe

Likewise sirs. That was a blast, my organs had a hard time keeping up with inertia.

Truly a Sport Sedan worth considering, if one had the extra cash and didn't mind the badge, just to make the others wonder. hehehe.

I was actually hoping we would experience a bit more of a slide, aside from the hydroplaning, so as to see how how stable it was.

Perhaps next time, if there is another test drive, they also allow us to go up to Dinalupihan, even if we have to pay for the gas,

Angie King wrecks Pista Ferrari just 2 weeks after getting rare supercar : Bilyonaryo

Kung pumasok tayo sa Clark Speedway, makikita kaya natin ito?

Was it on the same day we were in Clark?

I doubt if we would have seen it, they would most likely have cleared it right away.

That just sucks, to smash an expensive toy like that less than a month after getting it.

That was even in wet road conditions. What more in dry conditions or with grippier tires?

True that Master E, makes me wish we could have re-scheduled that drive during one of my friend's test runs inside Clark speedway. That would have been even better.

What impressed me more is the finely tuned chassis-suspension set up. How was the ride? Is it a track car or more of an everyday racecar? ‘Cause one of the main complaints with the Toyota 86 is that it isn’t really a comfortable car to use.

It rides like a luxury sedan sir Bloo, very comfy seats, not too bumpy on uneven road surfaces and the way it just feels more stable even in wet conditions, it presents a nice balance overall.

More like a midsize sedan with a firm ride, like an Accord or Mazda6 but sits lower to the ground. It is very composed on hard acceleration, not much wrangling on the steering wheel. We were doing around 180 kmh at SCTEX with rain pouring hard and 4 people on board, and we were just comfortably cruising along. We had the car set at Sport suspension most of the time during the test drive.

The WRX rides stiffer. The BRZ is tuned with a stiffer suspension compared to the 86 but these cars are meant to be driven with just 2 people on the car.

The 86 & BRZ are more like “Toys for the Big Boys”, but not all car freaks are track guys anyway. It is interesting, though, that they were able to get that balance of performance & comfort in a road car.
