It's the reason I can't fully say go for Kia but inform friends/family asking me options to just check it out if it suits their liking.
The previous company/dealer really fumbled after sales support.
I know there are options outside the dealer-casa, but I personally don't have time myself to look for that support early on in the car's life. If it was more than 5 years, it would make sense, but not while it is still under warranty.
But, Ayala's hand in the brand may turn things around. And here is hoping.
Soluto is really promising in terms of what it is offering, and the Carnival is really a good family vehicle/van. I'm in no rush to buy a family car but I'm keeping Kia in my sights. Hyundai.... well, that's another story. haha!
