    5 speed auto is the new tranny. Kasi there was some shifting issues with the 4 speed, hindi daw maganda magselect the gear ang computer. The solution was to upgrade the software. Better yet Kia changed the tranny to 5 speed, not sure if this what we already have here. Since ang alam ko for 2005 Sorento ang 5 speed auto, which is by the way already available on other countries on year 2004.

    mag-aabang na ako sa second-hand market ng mga sorento hehehe. sulit na sulit na yan at <1 M brand-new, mas lalo na kung segunda mano with rock-bottom kia resale values hehe

    maganda yung itsura at tindig ng sorento sa daan, it looks bigger and brawnier than the car-based compact SUV's and AUVs, and looks Lexus RX300-butch, which isn't bad at all.

    bakit ayaw nila mag offer ng turbodiesel sa top trim level?

    All local Sorento CRDi' matics come with a 5-speed automatic transmission. :D

    CRDi EX's are available in the gray market for a not-so-reasonable price of around Php 1.7M.
