you worry too much bro. those hoses were designed for fuel. di naman kotse mo ang first na ma-overfill. and i always fill to the brim when i go on a long trip as i do not like filling up in unknown gas stations.

Siguro yung lens hindi exacto ang focus for HID kaya blurred. Eh yung light output, malakas ba ?

since holiday yesterday, i was able to take the sorento out on short sprints. exhilirating ang feeling. ride is firm pero cabin is quiet and comfortable. tried using active eco mode pero parang wala akong masyadong makitang difference. for the 1st 500 bucks for fuel, my fc was around 8kpl. and thats a combo of heavy traffic to short sprints.

Shell V-Power diesel user ako before, switched to Petron TD for the performance.

I get better FC sa Shell pero halos di naman nalalayo sa Petron. Sa Petron at Shell parin ako nagpapa-gas. Tiwala na eh. Hehehe. I tried Caltex Diesel with Techron before, parang hirap yung engine.

    Sarap ihataw ng R-eVGT ano?

I think it's more of indicator lang? Haha

Kasi diba pag off yung eco, the eco indicator is also off?

active eco sa tranny lang naman di ba, just like the power-normal switch on the old triptronics. magshi-shift up siya at a lower engine rpm pag naka-eco. so nagkataon lang pards na meron ka nang built-in eco ecu sa right foot mo at parehas sila ng mapping kaya parehas ang mileage.

fm. what i've read - at least on Honda's case... it dulls down daw yung throttle response kapag naka ON yung active ECO....
dunno w/ the Korean car versions.... i guess si ser sagingsabi can really judge it....

Sa KDM sportage ko, pag naka on ang active eco, halata slow throttle response kahit ibigla mo apakan ang gas hindi siya tataas ng grabe ang rpm aside from aggressive upshift to higher gear... good for bumper to bumper traffic only... 99% of the time off na lang... sayang ang ReVGT engine

So the active eco doesnt necessarily save on fuel. It just limits the power of the engine.

Chk ko later sa edsa traffic. Siguro di pa sanay paa ko sa diesel. Puro gas kasi car ko dati. 1st timer crdi driver.

It should save on fuel since the optimal rpm range of the R crdi engine is somewhere between 1500 - 2000 rpm. So by limiting the throttle response, kahit mabigat ang paa natin, gagawin niya parang light footed, to avoid sudden heavy acceleration which causes poor FC.

only had the stock HU for a week, napalitan ko na so I can't comment on the HU.
stock speakers seem ok, but of course they will not compare to any high end sound system.
