nangyari na sakin yan dati. Bigla nawala Low at Hi Beams, habang bumabyahe!
tyaga ako sa fog lamps para lang makauwi. Pag-inspect ko kinabukasan, check ng bulbs at fuses sa engine bay. ok naman lahat. Then pinatignan ko sa rey's electrical sa marikina.

tinanggal nila ung fuse box sa engine bay tapos sa ilalim, ayun sunog ung wire na papunta sa low beam / hi beam fuses. retrofit sila ng bagong fuse kasi nasunog pati ung fuse holder.

try mo lang baka un din ang problema ng carnival mo.

best is to have it checked by an autoelectrician or if you are handy with a multitester and you know your way around with regard to our car's circuit you can find kung saan putol ang flow ng current.

my hunch is loose connection at the switch, since you mentioned na gumagana naman yung HB flash.

btw, i remember someone posted the fuse diagram (both fuse boxes at the kick panel and at the engine bay), you may want to download it for future references. if i remember correctly, hindi ka aabot ng 10 pages of backreading.

any recommended auto-electrician na within Valenzuela yung mahusay sa sedona at garantisado .. papa check ko na rin sana Sedona namin. Thanks in Advance.

hi guys!

just recently i feel something's wrong with my transmission (mine is mt). whenever i let go of the accelerator at around 1800 rpm or more i feel a tug (as if the cogs suddenly engage) that is feel even through the steering column. i don't feel it when i slowly ease on the accelerator before letting go.

the whole clutch release bearing and pressure plate were replaced only last year while the clutch disc was replaced only last july.

any comment on this? i plan to bring my rig to the mechanic during my christmas break

magandang morning po sa mga members.....

meron po akong nabili na kia carnival ls diesel 2.9 tdic dohc.....
2003 po ang post niya nung binebenta pero nung tignan ko sa o.r./c.r 2001 model lang siya..... naiuwi ko na siya nung makita ko so wala na po ako choice.....

1 week ko pa lang po siya ginagamit marami na lumabas na sakit ng sasakyan, pinaayos ko na din po siya sa kilala kong mekaniko, sabi niya lakas ng tagas sa steering assembly and ang daming sealant ang nakalagay para lang di mahalata yung tagas at nakatali ng alambre yung rubber cover - di ko alam tawag dun, pero naayos niya sa repair kit..... kahapon naman naglalabas siya makapal na puting usok at nag-over-heat..... so hindi ko na siya ulit dinala today sa trabaho....

sabi sa akin e ibenta ko na lang ulit daw yung sasakyan, pero ayoko dahil ayoko makapamerwisyo ng ibang tao, kung kaya ayusin - ayusin na lang.....

gusto ko lang po sana humingi ng tulong regarding sa problems ng carnival, at kung meron din po sana makakapag-bigay ng copy ng user's manual ng carnival para naman po hindi ako inosente sa sasakyan na binili ko.....

i really hate those persons selling their defective rides... i also had a kia carnival pero in tip top condition yung nung ibenta namin (trade) kaya for sure walang problem at gagamitin na lang...

anywayz, marami na posted solutions regarding sa mga kia carnival problems..

Haay, finally had to buy the rocket battery at the casa for 9.6k . . ouch!

Guys, di talaga kaya ng regular 3sm batt ang rig natin. From JuLy this yr up until now, I already spent roughly 24k to solve the discharge problem, eto yung summary:

3rd week of July - IC (2k) repair & new battery (outlast) 4.5k TOTAL = 6.5k
4th week of Oct - b/new alternator from goodgear 7.8k
1st week of Dec - b/new rocket battery from casa 9.6
TOTAL = 23,900
