    Hi Forumers,

I just made aware of a good Kia Rio promo. For Rio M/T, their giving it at only 40T DP (buyer cash out) but the actual DP is 20% (shouldered by the dealer approx P116T). So it is like buying a car for 20% DP scheme but your actual cash out is only 40T...

I think this is a nice offer who wants to have a car for only 40T DP. PM for details.

QUite an aggressive marketing by Kia. What's the catch? There has to be some kind of catch? Maybe higher interest rates?

    i availed of this promo
interest rates depend on the bank u transact with kaya ask for their rates first and compare then tell KIA what bank u prefer with the lowest interest rates u got
traded my nissan sentra 2003 1.3L for 350,000 ( 280Th was the asking price of the buy and sell rep then KIA subsidize the rest )

    :-)

No catch and no trickery esp in the interest rates. this is a bizzare marketing strategy by KIA. They overprice their vehicles by 100-200 thousand and then offer that amount as "subsidy" or a substantial discount kuno.

    City driving
    - nung anjan ako sa manila, FC ng RIO ko is 10 - 12 Km/L
    - ngayong dito sa Cebu, bumaba sya..naging 8 - 10 Km/L

Reason: sobrang short drive lang kasi ako dito sa cebu..average of 5min drive lang ang distance ko from work to home.....so...di pa umiinit ang engine, nasa destination na ako...hehehe....
used to walk from and to office pero lately kasi ay maulan na dito....

    for highway driving naman
    - umabot ako ng 16 Km/L
Route: Pasig city <-> Batangas City via STAR tollway....am sure na dapat mas mataas pa ang FC ko but due to SLEX construction, and long
stop-over(idling) sa makati, naging ganito lang ang FC....didn't have a chance to do the trip again na wala ung mga sinabi kong obstacles...
