This guy's probably a sales agent the way he's pushing the Kia Soul making it sound like it's the best option available. At that price people would rather get a Toyota Innova.

August 1st, 2014 12:04 PM #42In some amgles, the new colors of the Adventure do look like the older model Kia Souls, same boxy exterior, almost similar tail lights, and it's bigger pa. Plus Mitsu has made it standard to all their mainstream cars na equipped with touchscreen. The Adventures are also common-rail
Yan ang Hindi alam ng Hyundai, Chevy and now Kia, kaya nilalalangaw ang sakes ng accent , spin and probably Kia nila compared to the adventures. Economies of Scale ang laban ni Mitsu, Hindi pbaguhan ng models. After all most diesels are meant to be workhorses.
The threat to the leading Adventure now is the upcoming Mahindras and Tata, if they can maintain their cars 20% cheaper than the Adventure.
So the Soul at 1.02M is already too expensive. like I said, the economies of scale strategy of Mitsu with the Montero non-VGT AT at 1.1M+ minus big discounts make the soul overpriced

Maybe you missed that I already own an Innova G, so another one would be outright dull-assed stupid, 'no?
Maybe you're a Toyota SA hounding other threads, bashing all other cars to keep your 9-10 year old models in sights of unsuspecting tsikot prospects.
I hope you won't mind that I'm about to close a deal with a 50k discount, 'no? You can keep your near-teenager Innova or Adventure or what have you, & leave us with the new-born vgt Souls whiz by your jurrasic clunkers, oops, ours pala since I have one about to-be garage queen... :-)

In the US, the Soul outsold all other hatch crossovers combined, twice over (must find that youtube clip). It must be doing something right:

This thread is not about you, was referring to other people. And yes, some people do own more than one Innova. You do realize you're the only one keeping this thread updated and sound like a desperate sales agent.
For the price of a Kia Soul, one would consider a Mazda3, Ford Ecosport (even if it has Powershift issues), Toyota Innova (current one does not look so good), Toyota Corolla, etc.Last edited by Walter; August 2nd, 2014 at 11:49 AM.
The 2010 Genesis Coupe is another example of a car that did not age well.
