Kia will be "unboxing" 3 new models.

CarGuide believes these will be the Kia Stonic (sub-compact crossover) and the Kia Stinger.

As for the third, they are surmising that it will be the Kia Soluto (aka Kia Pegas), a relatively affordable sub-compact sedan outfitted with all the bells and whistles of more expensize marques.

Hope they improve the service of the dealership network. I have a Carnival under warranty. It's been 6 months, still, no parts available.

^Kia Philippines has a 5 year warranty. O/c interval for diesels is every 5,000 or 6 mos using Zic fully synthetic & they have to change the cabin filter every time. Their parts are also more expensive than Hyundai (whose o/c int is 5,000 or 3 mos). Warranties are meanth to keep the customers.

Maganda ang impression ng kia in other countries, especially sa US and Australia.
Sa atin lang pumangit ang kia coz of columbian. Sayang at daming sales before ng sorento, carens, sportage and carnival. Naging overpriced ang models. Nagka-overconfidence ang distributor.
Hoping ayala can lift it up to world standards.

In what way overpriced? The Sportage diesel, when compared to a Mazda CX5 diesel, is P500k cheaper. And the Kia has all the safety features & accesories on board. It is the best selling model by Kia in other countries except the Philippines, courtesy of CACC.

Ang overpriced before yung Kia Carens. P1.1M for the base manual model. Kaya siguro na discontinue.

Compare it with isuzu muX 1.9L engine.
The sportage 2.0L base model is more expensive than that.

Both have the same safety equipment isuzu has brake assist as extra.

    Both similarly equipped in accessories.

The Kia is a crossover & the Isuzu is a PPV. Totally different class imo. And that is just 1 car. The RZ4E engine is also very anemic in terms of power pushing a heavy body. Almost everyone here knows what the R engine of the Kia is capable of.
